Changing Suites of the Same Standard:

Guests can change to suites of the same standard, subject to availability, at no additional cost.

Exchange to Superior Chalet Class:

Guests can request an upgrade to a higher chalet class, subject to availability.

The difference in value between the original reservation and the new chalet class will be charged at the time of exchange.

General conditions:

All exchanges are subject to availability at the time of request.

Exchanges must be requested at reception.

We recommend making requests in advance.

Current rates will apply to exchanges.
